Evennett backs Government plans to halve Childhood Obesity

Rt Hon Sir David Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford, has backed Chapter 2 of the Government’s Childhood Obesity Strategy, which was released over the weekend and, after consultation and legislation, aims to halve the number of obese children by 2030.

Evennett welcomes new Odyssey Trust for Education

From 1 September 2018, Townley Grammar School and Erith School will form a new Multi Academy Trust (MAT) called the Odyssey Trust for Education. As part of the merger, Erith School will be renamed to King Henry School, which is in reference to both King Henry V and King Henry VIII.
