Cllr. Val Clark

Val has lived a great deal of her life in Bexley and that experience, combined with engaging regularly with residents on their doorsteps and through monthly surgeries means she understands what matters to her residents allowing her to represent their views. She has been a Councillor since 1986 and has a track record for helping with their problems & concerns.

Val witnessed another side of Bexley when she was Mayor, appreciating the work of the many volunteers to add value to our borough as indeed she has as a trustee of Falconwood Community Centre, a Governor at Hook Lane School (where she listens to children read), a Panel member of the Ward Policing Group, a member of the Falconwood & District Horticultural Society, the Irish Community services & litter picks regularly in her Ward.

Val has a special interest in road safety drawing on her previous experience as a local driving examiner.
