Rt. Hon. Sir David Evennett MP

Member of Parliament for Bexleyheath and Crayford 
David Evennett is married with two sons and lives in Barnehurst. Grammar School and LSE educated, he has represented Bexleyheath and Crayford from 2005-2017. He served as a Government Whip.He is active within the local community as a Patron of Townley Grammar School, Governor of St Paulinus CofE Primary School, President of the Friends of Christ Church and Vice President of the Bexleyheath and District Club for the Disabled. He is also a communicant member of St Paulinus Church, Crayford.

Dr. Syed Kamall MEP

Syed Kamall has been Conservative MEP for London since 2005.  He is the most senior elected British politician in Brussels, leading the European Conservatives and Reformists Group – the third largest of the eight political groups in European Parliament.

Cllr. Gareth Bacon AM

Gareth was brought up in Longlands Ward and feels privileged to represent the residents of the ward on Bexley Council for over 20 years.

Cllr. Linda Bailey

Linda has lived in Bexley since 1972 with her husband and two daughters and four grandchildren. All were educated in Bexley schools and all still live in Bexley.

Cllr. Nigel Betts

Councillor Nigel Betts is widowed, with a grown up family and formerly worked in the field of computer security.

He was first elected in May 1974 and has served on most Council Committees. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Places Overview & Scrutiny Committee.

Cllr. Brian Bishop

Brian has lived in Bexley for over 40 years having moved from East London looking for a good place to live and bring up a family. He now has grandchildren attending school and nursery and his own children are happy living in Bexley.

Cllr. Christine Bishop

Bexley has been her home town now for the past 43 years and she has two daughters living locally. It is important to Christine to continue to ensure Bexley remains a safe place to live with good schools and opportunities, particularly as her grandchildren attend local schools and nursery.

Cllr. Sybil Camsey

Sybil has lived and worked in Bexley since 1966 and retired from teaching in 2009 after a 42 year career.

Cllr. Christine Catterall

Christine has lived in the London Borough of Bexley since 1988. She currently lives in Bexleyheath. She has three adult children who went to local primary and secondary schools and works as Head of Department in a local Academy school teaching Foreign Languages.

Cllr. Val Clark

Val has lived a great deal of her life in Bexley and that experience, combined with engaging regularly with residents on their doorsteps and through monthly surgeries means she understands what matters to her residents allowing her to represent their views.
